The leather was exposed to UV light while paper cutouts were placed atop, leaving a subtle pattern behind. In this case, the resulting color is a pale blue of several shades. The color shouldn’t fade but the background color (veg-tan leather) will darken a bit with time, so it may deepen. The footbeds are white leather and the heels and outsoles are vegetable-tanned leather. Brass nails.
